Multifunctional area for future expansion

A large part of the project will be dedicated to the Multifunctional area to be used for future expansion.

A total area of approximately 834,000 m2 will be made available for future projects targeting large industrial or multifunctional complexes including wholesale commercial enterprises.
This interesting option, rarely possible within an Integrated Park which is already up and running, was designed on such a large scale in order to make it possible for specialized operators to plan the next steps in the development of their businesses (start-ups, future expansion).
