An urbanised park

The completion of the urban works was timed in such a way as to limit the interference with the construction of the buildings within each lot.
As of the second half of 2009 it will be possible to access the lots without having to cross the areas where urban works are still underway.

The works should be completed in the following order:

- underground facilities along the project roadways;
- excavations in preparation for the roadways;
- completion and final touches;
- completion of the waterworks (reservoirs and tubing)
