The Eastgate Park project is a real estate development initiative launched by Fondo Spazio industriale, a closed-end Italian real estate investment fund wholly-owned by the Dutch company Spazio Investment N.V. listed on the London Stock Exchange’s AIM.
Both the listed company and the fund are managed by Pirelli RE, leader of the Italian real estate sector and one of the most important players in Europe.
Spazio Industriale, Italy's only specialized operator in this field, carries out acquisition, value-enhancement and construction activities, as well as development and redevelopment of industrial property and/or industrial property portfolios and offers a specialized range of products and services that satisfy the new production and logistics needs of businesses.
