November 2007: Eastgate Park receives the Urbanpromo 2006 prize for its innovative design of green zones.

October 2007: the first sales office – Info Point - within Eastgate Park is opened

September 2007: Eastgate Park adheres to Ecobuilding, the first integrated programme committed to environmentally friendly construction to be launched by a real estate operator

June 2007: work begun on the first logistics complex (GFA of approximately 33,000 m2)

April 2007: the Eastgate Park advertising campaign is awarded a prize from the “Art Directors Club Italia”

February 2007: an additional 71,000 m2 of buildable land purchased in the neighbouring area

January 2007: work begun on the area dedicated to small businesses (GFA of approximately 12,000 m2)

January 2007: work begun on the first industrial property (G FA of approximately 8,500 m2)
