Small business sector

Eastgate Park’s small business sector involves a total area of approximately 23,000 m2 divided into two buildings with a covered area of 4,200 m2 each which can be divided into 12 different units.

Each small business unit has two entrances, the first of which is located on the front of the building near the main entrance while the second, to be used for loading/unloading merchandise, is located in the back. The office spaces are located on the first floor of each unit and are partially finished in order to allow for maximum personalisation by the buyer.

- offices (only on the 1st floor): GFA 2,400 m2
- total: GFA 10,800 m2

Size of each unit:
- warehouse: GFA 350 m2
- offices (only on the 1st floor): GFA 100 m2
