How to buy/lease

In order to buy or rent a property belonging to Fondo Spazio Industriale, please complete the following steps:

First of all, Contact the Park Info Point, telephone 0421-244422, fax 0421-244515, email: info@eastgatepark.it and you will receive information relating to your query.

1. info-Point staff will arrange a site visit. Agents and staff of Info-Point will provide all the necessary documentation and other information.
   
2. at the end of a two stage due diligence process, should you be interested in purchasing or renting space, you must send a binding offer in accordance to the text showed below together with a certified cheque for the amount required as deposit, in accordance with art. 1355 cc.
   
3. The binding offer must be accepted after obtaining:
   
   
   • a binding opinion by the Advisory Board of the Fund;
   • acceptance by the Managing Director of the fund managing company.
   
   In case of a positive result a special notice will be issued;
   
4. the comunication as detailed must be explicity counter-accepted in writing by the potential buyer. The counter-acceptance should be sent in triplicate and if purchase is intended the draft of the final sale contract should also be included. The counter-acceptance will determine the conclusion of the preliminary contract, and the registration fee will be charged to the buyer;
   
5. the preparation of all the documentation necessary for the final purchase or for renting will follow.
